Second flower:
Same as previous and all subsequent flowers, excepting the first ring: ( R5+5-5 cl. ).

Continue until length required. Picture above shows 14 flower repeats.
Make a chain of 5ds, rw, 5ds, rw, 5ds, rw, 5ds etc. and attach a tassel or charm to the end.
