This work was inspired by a visit to the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland, and the legend of the giant Finn McCool who wanted to walk to Scotland without getting his feet wet.

The shape of the wall hanging is hexagonal to reflect the famous hexagonal columns of rock, and it is worked in Celtic tatting to evoke the Celtic legend. The design is going to be featured in 'Lace'.
